The organization has many enjoyable programs, events and activities that promotes camaraderie and that stimulates the mind. In 2023 alone, for our monthly meeting we had guest speakers providing informative talks on heart health, eye health, elder law, Einstein museum, county programs for seniors, scam prevention and others. In addition to speakers we have had numerous Bingo games and a wood craft project. Couple of times we had pizza and once we had an ice cream social. We also have coordinated two bus trips, one to Wind Creek Bethlehem Casino and a second to the Brownstone in Paterson for Oktoberfest. In addition, we coordinated group pricing to shows at Somerset Valley Players Playhouse (Hillsborough), Villagers Theatre (Somerset), Kelsey Theatre (West Windsor) and Music Mountain Theatre (Lambertville). Finally, we had Birthday Breakfasts at the Hillsborough Star Diner and a picnic at the Montgomery Veterans Park. We will close the year with our last Birthday Breakfast and an extravagant Holiday Party at the Otto Kaufman Community Center. Whew. What a busy year.
